I played all levels in way, that my hero killed almost everything. After six levels as Eurasian Dynasty I reached last level where I find out. that my tanks do no shoot.

Of course I have Ammo Supply Center.

Is there something what can be done about it?

Which game?
You are probably talking about Earth 2150 right? Or is it Earth 2160? Since you did mention a hero

Weapons running out of ammo
-Most weapons need to be resupplied when their ammo runs out. To do this, construct an Aerial Supply Depot (the name varies slightly by faction), build a few supply craft (Condor, Boyar or Mercury) and assign them to supply duty by selecting the craft and clicking on a supply depot. When a unit or building is about to run out of ammo, it will automatically request a resupply, and assigned supply craft will then land on the supply depot to load the ammo, then fly over to the depleted unit/building to resupply it.
When their ammo supply is depleted, aircraft will fly directly to the closest supply depot and land to reload.

In some maps there are also ammo crates that can be used to resupply ammo. Energy weapons don't need to be resupplied, as they will automatically regenerate ammo by themselves. I'm fairly certain that the ammo of normal weapons is free, but artillery and nukes are very expensive to reload. (Proper superweapon nukes regenerate free of charge after fired, but I think that the helicopter and ballistic variations cost to reload.)

If it's earth 2160 then drones were supposed to fly from ammo supply center to refill the ammo

Thank you for reply.

Accept my apology for omitting game, it should be Earth 2160.

Main problem is, that I already have ammo supply center. From this reason I have no idea what to do.

Really i don't know what is wrong a kolobok was supposed to bring the ammo to the tanks. Did the tanks shoot at all in the beginning?
Here it says:
Don’t forget to build an Ammo supply center. Whenever a unit runs out of ammo the supply center will send a drone with ammunition to it. Depending on how far away the unit is the travel time can be quite substantial so it might be a good idea to build an Ammo supply center at an outpost closer to the action.

Also i only properly played earth 2140 and am still playing it, earth 2150 i played a little yet. Earth 2160 i didn't play yet except many years ago which i beat the ED campaing so i don't have it installed to test it out. I want to beat all the games and i currently don't have earth 2160 installed.
So one question you did customize your tanks weaponry or how does that work? The supply ammo center is connected and has electricity?

I have Kirov with Armor Piercing Cannon mkIII (attacks only ground units) and I want fire to Coleopian Tank / Formidian Guardian (both are ground units). Rasputin behave same way.

Mentioned Kirov is in my base, so it should not be far.

Ammo supply center is connected to other buildings. My energy state is 800 / 1200 and building is turned on.

Unfortunately I am not sure if tanks worked at the beginning, because I cleaned first half of the map by my hero.
If you don't mind the pun, I'm shooting in the dark here, but can it be a framerate problem?
Have you tried running the game with v-sync on?

I have had problems with several older games that today run over a gazillion fps on modern hardware and that tends to cause unexpected glitches.

Thank you for advice.

Game it self does not support v-sync, so I turned it on in my GPU driver (Intel HD 4600), still tanks do not shoot.

Btw. indication how much ammunition remains shows full ammo.
Are you sure v-sync really limits your framerate?
I say this because my experience has shown that in Win 10 when I turn it on in AMD's driversettings the game never seem to comply. I can see it with MSI Afterburner the frames are still over 60fps in my games and have to use RTSS to set a limit.
I never had that problem with Nvidia though and I don't know about Intel.

Fraps shows around 30 fps with peaks up to 50 fps. I had to reduced details for smooth gameplay.
This happens in the mission "All against one" when there is a dialog about a traitor sabotaging your heavy cannons. After this, you need to go to the most north-eastern part of the map with rotating lights where the traitor is hiding, listen to one dialog, kill him after a few seconds and then wait for another dialog, where your guys found missing blueprints. Then fire away! :) I actually had the same issue and found your post. Another issue I have is, that I can't finish the mission, because the game still thinks I didn't destroy the alien nest, even though the map is totally clear of enemy :/

I just finished the mission so it is true that you need to go north east to get your tanks working again, but normally i coudn't beat the game because too many things were happening and there were too many enemy units.
It's easier to just ignore returning to the base after ambush and also grab the weapon at north east and use it to destroy the aliens with your hero solo and their base. I had enough medic packs and also evaded some fire by simply moving and then shoot and move again. The game won't trigger the LC base that you need to also destroy latter to win until you get your own base.
Also the area of ambush was also the area where i left my units so no aliens would escape to the base that you latter get.
It did take time to get rid of the aliens but i did it since they also rebuild some of their structures.
Maybe you missed some did you check the map out the area with aircrafts?
And don't think any units can get invisible in this campaign or something like that.
