Ok so I've managed a (for me) impressive 226 Glory now, but the only reward I've yet gotten is "Cartographer", which is pretty simple - discover every province. Does anyone have a list of the possible rewards, and what they require? I've googled, but come up short...

I think Strategist is for defeating an enemy thought to be impossible to defeat. At least I think it was for this part of my game.

Hmm i got explorer - i think you have to explore a certain amount of the provinces - or a number of them for 100%
and i got collector - I think that one i got for having one or two complete item sets (like the illusion set - which is rather easy to obtain)

Oh, I thought Strategist was for winning quickly. In my most recent campaign on Beginner, I got it on all of the first four shards. Cartographer or Explorer was the only other one I've seen.

Well I'm not so sure about that myself. About it being for defeating the impossible enemy that is. Is 40-ish or 60-ish turns considered fast?

Cartographer - open all provinces on a map
Architector - build all buildings in castle
Dragon Hunter - clear more than 10 guardians with dragons
Destroyer - looted more than 1000 gold from your own provinces
Collectioner - wear set of 4 or more items in one hero

You can also get Arena Champion - defeat Orca at the arena's Champion events
