How to do so to another provence? (I've explored the initial one 100%)

Note: Genesis

Hello, anybody out there? This should be an extraordinarily easy answer for anyone who has played the game.

...You mean moving to another hex in the map? Simply left click on the team you want to move to select it, then right click on the destination.

Or, if you mean going to the next map/level, conquer the enemy stronghold.

First; I'm on the initial 100% explored provence with a single hero wanting to move into an adjacent provence to explore it. I'm not sure if I tried a right click or not. Tried dragging and two left clicks. I'll try a bit later and let you know. Thanks. Wish there were a manual -----

EDIT: Worked like a charm. Sometimes it's the simplest of things ----

No problem. And by the way, you don't have to 100% one province before moving to another. In fact, that's very likely to be a losing strategy, because while you're holed up in your base the CPU will be expanding and conquering the rest of the map.

I'm experienced with TBS myself, but I'm still having trouble with Eador because of this. It seems the game is meant to be played very aggressively, whereas I'm used to take my time, play defensively and get elite units built before steamrolling over the map. But this doesn't seem possible in Eador.

Hmmm; I already did lose a game and I only had the original plus two others under control. I tend to play the same way you described.

EDIT: Egads! The answer was in the campaign. No manual strikes again! Generally a campaign is what one does AFTER mastering the game so I didn't open it. A tutorial called a campaign? I guess it's a translation problem :)

Huh?

Just for the record, I may know nothing about this particular game (except what random bits I have read on this very forum), but I have encountered countless other games where the Campaign is basically nothing more than a glofied tutorial. I'm pretty much gone to be used of that as how the things usually are... that you play trough the campaign first to learn the game piece by piece to play the skirmish/sandbox mode after.

In general, I've found tutorials to be shortened versions of the campaign.
