We all know it's coming. From the very little I've seen, I don't like the UI, but that's just me (poor vision/getting blind).

What has been your experience, if you're a beta tester? How about stability, the bane of Broken Masters?
I would not expect anything good from their new game.
Eador MotBW has being in developement for over 2 years and it still unstable with savefile corruption bugs and other gamebraking/CTD bugs.At this point my guess is that this is not a time investment issue but an unsolvable engine issue.
Their other game Carribean! was a mediocre game, changing direction so many times during development and having lots of stability issues as well.
The developer chose to dumb MotBW and develop Carribean! ,that later abandoned half finished to develop Imperium and so on.The constant stream of patches to Eador was a big joke and more of an attempt to show that they are "working on it" rather than an honest attempt to fix the game. The sheer amount of patches and the sub par game state MotBW and Carribean! currently are is a proof of their inability to deliver a good product.

Welp, you are right. It appears that Imperium has stability problems - again.

Moreover, I don't like the new game - the battle map has tiny hexes and still the same broken 3D view. Meaning, now it's even harder to guess where some of the units are exactly located. At least for my (arguably quite bad) eyes, this is an ordeal to play.

Sure, its engine is based on MotBW.
I am sure to try it out when it is released.

If not then just for the music, hopefully it is as great as in MotBW.

The music? You actually give a shit about that? I have sound disabled on MoTBW. It gets annoying after several hours, especially if you play it often.

I absolute enjoyed the soundtrack. This is something I could listen to in the background over and over :)
Why isn't Eador Imperium being offered on GOG? It is available elsewhere; GOG is missing out.
