Are these five in the game or are they online only to get them. They are on Extra"s on my shelf but i cannot download them.

Dying Light: The Following DLC
Dying Light: Bozak Horde DLC
Cuisine & Cargo DLC
Ultimate Survivor Bundle DLC

Yes, they are included in the "Enhanced Edition" and don't require to be online or download anything else.
