The GOG version of the DUSK SDK is now available! To get started, navigate to your GOG library and "manage installation" for DUSK. There you should find the option to enable beta channels. Enter the following password to access the DUSK SDK

oohagiantbarn

After that you should have the SDK channel available, upon joining it the SDK will download automatically. To access the SDK you can right-click the game in library and select SDK. Those on Galaxy 2.0 will have to navigate to DUSK\SDK and launch via the respective batch files. dusk_win for Windows, dusk_tux for Linux

More information about getting started can be found on duskmods.com

Will the SDK ever be released for those who don't use Galaxy?

Hello.
Users that can't use Galaxy can't download the SDK?

Wouldn't be possible to add the SDK with the game files?

Im waiting for a response before buying it.
Thanks very much.

philkingz: I bump up this post!
By researching a bit more I learned that on Steam the SDK is packed with the game inside the installation folder.

Does this also happen with GOG or ONLY through Galaxy can we access the SDK?

This is very interesting and brings the question to the point.

Everytime, really every-fucking-time, when I buy games on gog (since I want to support them), the question pops up what features and multiplayer-modes are available without using galaxy. I would have spend hundreds of <insert cash> more on gog, if this information would be more transparent (and correct).

You can practically see it in every game's forum on gog, people wondering what they can access with galaxy and what not. This is the entire point of gog and I find it gets not enough love.

Yup. It annoys me actually.
I love GOG because I want to escape clients bloat, so I don't (and "can't") use Galaxy, but I wish we could get everything Client users get.

Probably there are good reasons for DUSK developers to block the SDK for Galaxy users only (apparently, as we have no clear answers yet). But still... it makes no sense to me personally, now knowing that Steam users have it when installing the game.

Why not pack it up with the offline installers here since the beginning? :/
