When I start DKII in normal mode in any compatibility mode I get very low fps in title screen and black spots cover parts of the map or game menu. How ever if I start in safe mod all I get is the low fps. Does any one have a fix for either problem. I'm running vista 32bit with a Intel centrino 2 processor and a nvidia 9600m gt card. Also for some reason I cant start my reg.exe program to fix some of the game settings.

The title screen is always slooooooooow, even when the rest of the game flies along. So not sure you're going to be able to find a fix for that.

I managed to get regedit working but even with the settings fixed It still blacks out the title screen or everything when in game

If you are using an Ati card you will have to disable hardware acceleration (ingame) in order to get rid of the black screen.
