If you're not getting the "Enjoy your game" banner when you open gog.com, then you're not queued and you'll need to click it again. You should see the image I attached when you go to the front page, if you're not seeing it, make sure to click it again, provided you're given that option.

Now on day three waiting for Dungeon Keeper to be added to my account. "Enjoy your game" banner no longer shows, I presume it's because the promo has expired.
