This is a bug I saw in the old DOS version, in DK for 95 and Deeper Dungeons originally, and unfortunately, it is back in this revision.

Randomly, the mouse will bug, and go to a certain direction and never move again, the screen scrolls to the edge and thats it. All you can do is alt-tab and close the game.

I will have to look for a quick Save key, so I dont lose my pregress, as I cant save without the mouse.

I had the issue with default renderer, opengl and openglnb.
Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem and I can't find a quick save key. So if anyone has a solution that would be awesome!

Try KeeperFX, I think it won't have the same problem.

I'm having the same issue as well, anyone know which key is the quicksave?
I don't know what windows version you guys are using, but I was experiencing the same on my windows 7 here (never saw the issue in the older windows, I haven't played this game for YEARS). It seemed to resolve itself though when I switched to the classic windows theme and disabled my desktopgadgets based on aero, and also other gadgets for the desktop such as rainmeter.
I haven't figured out how to prevent it, but I have figured out that when it does happen. hit ALT+R to change your resolution. It won't fix it, but at least it will move your cursor to the center of the screen, so you can click the save button in the menu.

Nice workaround. Saved my neck.
I experience this problem playing on Win7 64-bit. It only seem to occur after a certain amount of time, though, as it never happened during any of the earlier, shorter levels.
