Probably because T13 is a one-man team. At least thats what i heard. There is not much info to be found about the dev.

Also i'm effin stuck at the Hell Knight. He always gets me with his renewed grav balls spread right in the face ... after i spent all my "bullet time" to evade the other ones. I hate this fight! :)
