It's just annoying because it doesn't seem clear as to what has actually changed until you go to the forums.

Wishbone: Mind you, it usually vanishes within an hour of looking at the game on your shelf. I looked at it more than four hours ago, and I still have the flag.

Well that cleared it from the library but still has the red 1 next to my account name.
Oh well, I'll go back to trying to ignore it till it goes away again.
I have it too. I don't know what's updated, maybe it isn't visible yet because of a glitch on the website or something else. Let's see :)
It more and more feels like they are trying to push for the new client. First for weeks now they stopped having the "new" text next to the actual updated files. Now this.

This is becoming very annoying. I wish we could turn off these flags for specific games.
I downloaded the soundtrack ZIP file several days ago.

After that, I got the notification again - twice. But the only sticky from GOG in this forum is about the soundtrack. So, I guess I'm exactly as puzzled as everybody outside GOG?

Why would GOG want to force that on us? They get our money regardless if we use a web browser or a dedicated app. It just doesn't seem fiscally responsible.

I got it again today. I'm tempted to re-download everything to see if anything actually changed.
Ok I got it now for the 5th time... Please GOG, correct this update-flag!
Aaaand I've got the flag again :-(

Edit: I also just wrote to support about it, and linked to this thread. Let's hope they get around to fixing it soon.
