Before Dracula 5 was added, Dracula 4 had four different exes, one each for English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Now, it still has the language selector for downloading, but only the English exe is provided.
Is that a bug or purpose?

I think it's a bug. Contacting a support is best thing to do in this case IMHO.

Is it fixes or not cause I was able to choose english (different languages) yesterday as well as today... If you click and choose another language, the installers will show Windows installer, French or english, italian etc.

Yes, the problem is still present. I've checked it right now. You can choose the language, but eventually it's always the English version for download. The good news, I've got response from GOG support, they're working on it.

It got improved -- the Windows versions for all languages are back.
The Mac versions are still missing though.
I checked again today, and the Mac versions are back now too. Thanks.
