I don't know if this will work for you, but someone on the Steam forum said that it literally took about 10 minutes before the game would actually start up. Ten minutes may be an exaggeration, but try waiting at least 5 minutes to see if the game eventually runs. It's worth a try.
Yeah, I have the same problem here, and waiting does jack shit. And I have exactly the same problem with another game of the same genre, "Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of Baskerville", so I'm starting to think there's something messed up with those kind of games.
Yes, same, I can no longer launch it.
Still can't launch, after Galaxy update.
Uninstalled.

Hello,

if anybody has problem to launch on windows 10:

For me, the solution was the same one as for Sherlock Holmes and the hound of Baskervilles (these games were produced by the same company),
so I'm pasting it here:

1) open the folder with game files

2) right-click the Dracula_Love_Kills.exe > Properties> Compatibility > Run this program as an administrator and Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7

3) open game.ini with a text editor
Add the following line under the video section:

windowMode = YES

save the file, start the game

It's good I found my last post about SH&THOB now, didn't have to waste time again;)
