Doom 95 is the official Windows port of Doom, I assume the original DOS version is included running on DOSBox, but is Doom 95 also included?

No, it is not included in any of the Doom games. They are all DOSBox. Adding Doom 95 means they would have to tinker with software to adapt to modern OS's, something DOSBox already does.

No, Doom 95 is not included. There are far better source ports to run the Doom games with, the most prominent example being GZDoom.

Run Doom 1 and 2 in GZDoom using the instructions provided below:

Doom95 was kind of a licensed port of Doom, made by a team from the then new gaming group at Microsoft, to promote MS's gaming initiative for Win 95. I'm not sure how good it runs on other Windows versions, and it has some minor missing features and unique bugs (which in my book makes it interesting to try). But it was never re-released as far as I know, and the rights are probably in part with MS, which made a re-release rather tricky until recently

Sources I can find state the port was included with all subsequent releases of Doom, like Final Doom and The Ultimate Doom. I can also find releases of the executable said to have been uploaded by id software for free to legacy users who may have had a DOS only version.
