It hasn't been released yet, on steam it's available via early access. There is no confirmation of it's coming to GOG yet.

The Humble Store at the moment, offers simple version DRM-free but both the expansion and the "complete version" via Steam. I guess it's a decision from the developers to check first through steam, then we will soon see DRM-free patch.
Check the official Don't Starve forums, maybe they offer more info.
