Title. I'm thinking of buying this but I need to know if it comes with the modding tools like the Steam version does. Thanks in advance.

Modding tools are not included, but can be downloaded from Klei by going to http://forums.kleientertainment.com/files/category/5-modding-tools-tutorials-examples/
