I got the code to the EE as part of D:OS 2 pledge - however I don't seem to be able to add it to my library as nothing happens when i enter the code under the redeem section - any ideas?

M105274: So has anyone got the game added their library without contacting the support team?
I'm guessing most have gotten an email informing them of getting the game as a gift. That's what happened to me, it was like a receipt email like when you purchase any other game. Maybe it depends on when you got the original game? I got mine on release day and got the email about the EE yesterday.

LTRavenCZ: Steam key?
Obviously not a steam key - GOG key - otherwise i would not be posting here...

The key does nothing under the redeem section
I'm still wondering where's the big difference between a browser download and a Galaxy download. The browser download can use about 4 MB/s right now while the Galaxy download uses about 2 MB/s. Normally i can download with approx. 12 MB/s on Galaxy.

garettchase: If you all wouldnt mind just letting me download my game first, that would be fabulous. Thanks, bye.

Harzzach: No, me first, i was first ... *staring at a meager 150kb download rate*
my download rate improved by 100kbs, so to those of who stopped their download for me, Thanks.

You could try using it at the Larian Vault, though I'm not sure how operational that site is, exactly. I'm pretty sure you can redeem keys there too (which you can then convert to GOG/Steam?).

Offline builds were uploaded a bit earlier. The GOG Galaxy build was done right before it went live so it needs a few moments to distribute its copies on servers all around the world.

The EE is now available through Galaxy. Downloading with maximum bandwidth :)

Ahem.. Let me start from the beginning then.

I have done a pledge on Kickstarter for Divinity OS:2
Today I received an e-mail from Kickstarter campaign saying that i can redeem my keys and pledges
I went to Larian Vault, registered and received a code.
I used the code on Larian Vault to get the GOG code (hopefully not going to regret this and problems will be fixed quickly on GOG)
The GOG code which I generated on Larian Vault page does not work

Hopefully i have explained myself clearly enough now )

Paczyk, could you maybe assist with my issue - why does the GOG code for EE generated on Larian Vault as part of the D:OS 2 pledge does not work on GOG.com

Who can help me with this?

Many thanks,

Anton

Not sure, there are quite a few such bonus codes already redeemed so they seem OK. Can you please contact our support and send them the code you got from Larian Vault?

Done that - they said the code is valid, but i still can't redeem it - tried IE and Chrome now. Sent to support team a screenshot - basically nothing happens when i enter the code and click continue. Just nothing at all...

Ah, thanks for the info. By now I have downloaded it completely and the download rate increased in the end.
My download keeps stopping. I got up to 3GB and now the speed is 0b/s. what gives?

Any sign of a Mac enhanced version ?
