LumosX: Just got my EE key from the support reply. 20 minutes remaining on the cooldown. I've got no words to describe how great I'm feeling right now.

Zeronium: To which category did you put your support ticket to? I think I chose feedback or something...
Eww, why feedback?

I chose "My orders, payments and downloading games" and went from there. I also made sure I mentioned Paczyk as well.
Got mine! Phew!
So as long as we bought the base version and have it in our library before the actual launch, we will get the EE, correct?
Hello

The game should be added to your account automatically, it might take some time.
Please be patient and check back tomorrow.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

So probably if an email doesn't pop up, we may get the game added in the library. Just patience now I guess.

Yet to hear anything from support, though it's only been 10 minutes.
I believe I submitted the ticket into the "other" category, though that probably ain't that big of a deal.

It's an educated guess (dunno exactly how GOG's tickets work, but have worked on a couple of such systems before), but I'd rather think that to benefit from the high priority tag (that Paczyk mentioned) you need to submit it not as a general ticket, but through the D:OS support page. I also included the link to that specific post in the ticket, but I'm sure the staff know what they're doing.
If you all wouldnt mind just letting me download my game first, that would be fabulous. Thanks, bye.
So has anyone got the game added their library without contacting the support team?
