I've been waiting for hours for response from support regarding my D:OS EE Key. Original game still in library, had it before release, etc..Thiev said in previous posts to contact support to get the key and I know you guys must be busy but....how long does support normally take? I'm dying to get in this game, my co-op buds are literally waiting on this too lol Any ideas how long?

At least you still have the original game, i don´t have the original or the enhanced version on my library. Guest that we have to be patiente and wait for the support, maybe a couple hours.
Hope so, hitting around 4 hours now since contacting support...hoping it comes tonight, I can still get some game time in lol
Sooooo...support tells me to wait til Friday and if the game hasn't appeared by then to re-submit another ticket...anybody else have to wait or did you get your keys sent? Somehow I'm not confident in the game "just appearing" in my library when the launch has already happened >.>

It may sound obvious, but have you checked your email? The MO is to contact support who then emails a redeem code.
Yah I had checked email, had to put out another support ticket but this time they just added the game to my library and apologized for the inconvenience....I'm online and playing now! Thanks again GoG! :D
