Regardless if this is a bug or on purpose, Shift clicking no longer works to split Stacked items.

You need to drag the stack (to an empty inventory slot, or another character's portrait, etc) and hold Shift when dropping. Either the description in the key assignment is inaccurate, or there is functionality that has not been implemented yet (Shift clicking could be intended to place the result in the next available slot).

Except I've been able to Split stacked items with nothing more than Shift Click when i first started playing...now it doesn't work.
