Hi guys,

I've updated to the enhanced edition and have downloaded 2 patches, 2.2.0.9 and 2.3.0.10, but when I try run them I get the error: "This patch does not support your version of the game please download a new installer."

Not sure if I must download the whole game again? Or is there somewhere I find an older patch?

Cheers!

Since the availability of the Galaxy client, GOG doesn't keep older patches on the download servers any more; it is that or download the latest full installer. Check the download size in Galaxy; at least the last time I tried it, it hadn't been optimized for download size yet (patches can be much smaller than the client downloads), so it may be just as easy to download the full installer.
There was a time when I wouldnt have batted an eye at redownloading an 8 gb installer, but now that I get the honor of paying for evey GB I download, or browse for that matter, I dont really want to redown 8 gigs everytime GOG, whom I love, decide to release a new patch, which is under a half gb. Call me crazy it just makes no sense to not avail the public the patches to the game you sell, not everyone is a power user and up to date on every game they have. Where and when the patches are/were available has never been an issue with any game I have ever played, they have always been available somewhere, usually provided by the original publisher or current lisence holder.
Whatever the case may be, having to redownload an 8gb game is gross for a small patch.

Currently the last 2 patches are listed for the game, as well as the updated full installer. The problem is if you miss several updates. Whenever Galaxy starts being optimized for download size, that shouldn't be as much of an issue.

Cool, thanks for feedback guys. I am still busy with Pillars of Eternity and have also recently reinstalled BG 1 and 2, so will just download the game again entirely when I am ready to play it. I have uncapped, but only a 2Mb line...
