Hey guys,
I bought "divinity original sin enhanced edition collector's edition" few days ago.
Normally in this collectors edition should be a bonus code. But i couldn't find it anywhere.
Have you ever heard about this problem before?
Do you know a sollution?

Check your account under 'Orders & Settings'; in the default 'Orders History' section it should list gift codes as well as 'not yet redeemed' (or after being redeemed: 'added to account: XYZ'). It does with games bought as gifts, anyway; the CE extra copy may work differently.
If it isn't listed there, check your library in the entry for the EE, or the email receipt for the order (or a followup email).

I gave the bonus code to my friend and he have the game in library but he cant instal game.
Why ?

Interesting, I too cannot find my Bonus Code.

I will give it till a little after Xmas, to see if it'll appear. If not, I'll simply refund this game and try again.

Is he using Windows? The Mac and Linux versions have not been released on GOG yet, but should be soon.

From Galaxy, In the library, after selecting the game, an Install button should be available. If he has not used Galaxy before, maybe he needs to set the default install path, or something.
In a web browser, in the library, there should be links to download the full installer in 4 pieces.

. Check in a web browser, as well. There are different menu options there than in Galaxy. If it isn't listed there, either, contact GOG support.

I had also problems to redeem the bonus code.
This is what I've done to make it work:
1- I bought a Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition 2-Pack GOG CD Key
2- I received the email with 1 gog cd key.
3- I logged in gog and in
account --> library --> game --> more --> serial keys
I found this:
DIVINITY ORIGINAL SIN ENHANCED EDITION - FREE COPY: HTTP:/WWW.GOG.COM/REDEEM/XXXXXXXXXXX
4- The link of the free copy was not working (404:oh noes,there's nothing in here)
5- I noticed that the last part of the link after the last slash (XXXXXXXXX) was the code.
6- My friend logged in his account and copied and pasted the last part of the link
7- IT WORKED!
