Hi,
I have a XBOX 360 Controller, a cable for connection, a Win 10 Notebook and D: OS. But I can not play with the controller the game. The option under "game" stays gray. But my system shows the controler under "Setting" and "Tools".

Where is the problem?

With the Enhanced Edition, if the game detects a controller on startup, there should be a screen before getting to the main menu, prompting to press a key or button to select the input method. After that it should be changeable in the options (though just from the main menu, not while in-game).

Did you check for updated drivers for the controller? Or can you revert to older drivers (in the Device Manager)?

You could try using x360ce, though it shouldn't be necessary for an Xbox 360 controller.
