Basically:

Have been playing co-op with a friend for some time.

Yesterday it was all working perfectly.

Today i give him my ID, i am the host, and make him join like usual, his game stops working.

We both checked game integrity, i also moved the party to another area 'cause maybe something was crashing the game in the previous one.

Nothing, still crashes and i can't explain why.

Nothing has changed in both our computers and suddenly it just doesn't work anymore.

If you load an older save, can your friend join? What about if you create a new profile and start a new game?

There is a known issue that can cause a crash in multiplayer when loading or joining if a character is encumbered (the main cause of that was fixed in one of the last updates, but a few people have still run into this). In that case, dropping or transferring the excess weight should allow him to join.
