Thanks for getting it up so quickly! I just downloaded the full DOS:EE installer (with the editor already included), and it created two folders under "Divinity - Original Sin Enhanced Edition":
- "The Divinity Engine Enhanced Edition", which only contains a file called config.xml (possibly created when I launched the game?)
- "The Divinty Engine Enhanced Edition" (note: Divinty instead of Divinity), which contains a lot of files, including the editor binary

Should all files be in the first folder?

Probably the logic whereby Larian made a typo, and it's not GOG's prerogative to correct it. That said: the name of that folder does not appear to matter in anyway. Just put all files in either folder (the config.xml file avoids you having to configure the path to the editor and the game data the first time you start the editor) to taste (although I guess that future updates may only look for it in the typo'd folder).
