I know this is a noob question but how does one not only memorize it but also use it? I have the wand and learned the hard way that if I try to use the wand equipped it doesn't do anything to the Death Knights just prior to the final battle.

What steps do I take to make this work? Thanks.

Equipping the wand gives you the Death Knight Removal skill; use that on the death knights, rather than standard wand attacks. The skill bar icon is similar to the Death Knight Bane skill.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. The Spell wasn't listed under Special Spells like the DK Bane spell but was in a total separate category. Once I found it I just simply dragged it to my task bar and I was able to move on and complete the game. One of the best RPGs I ever played.
