I have made it to the Black Cove docks but I can only go so far due to the fact the docks have collapsed. On one side is a dock sitting all by its lonesome with a treasure chest plus a poisonous cloud. On the other side is a ship docked and a Teleporter Shrine.

Now I tried all kinds of things; even googled it but from what I can gather the EE edition is different from the first release (or have I read wrong?). I have yet to find anything definitive on how to resolve this.

What am I missing? Thanks.

Throw a teleporter pyramid across gaps or use the air Teleportation spell or the scoundrel Cloak and Dagger skill. Continue around the part of the dock you can explore (past some traps) and you will find a Teleportation scroll.
