Silverhawk170485: Why are there different version numbers on the download site and the files for the windows version?
The downloadpage shows 1.0.57 and the files you'll download are named 2.3.0.6.
I was hoping that by labeling the PC files such would show the actual in-game version of the files so that folks wouldn't be worried that they aren't getting the latest patch...
JudasIscariot: Hi all,
We have updated the Mac version of Divinity: Original Sin to the latest version and we have fixed the bug with the language selector not working. You should now be able to play in the language of your choosing without any weird errors :)
Malboury: Great! I might be missing something though - is there no patch I can use instead of downloading the whole 8.6GB game again? I just downloaded and installed the game last night - do I need to get this version as well to be able to play with my Windows using friend?
Thanks!
There were patches for the Mac but we had to scrap them as they were causing more issues than solving when we tried to make a patch with the Mac version. In short, I'd recommend a re-download and I realize it's not the best solution to have to re-download the entire 8 GBs again :/
