Hey all, I've put a few hours into Divine Divinity without no bugs or glitches of any kind. However a week or so ago I saved while having a menu open and now certain textures (especially indoors) show as being completely black and/or not loaded (I've attached a screenshot). I've already tried resetting the graphics options and configuration and uninstalling/reinstalling but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

I don't think saving with a menu open should cause any problems. Did you try starting a new game to check it?

With my new(ish) computer, if I leave it on continuously DD will eventually start having a similar black textures, with rainbow lighting effects indoors and at night. Rebooting the computer fixes that, though.

Did you try switching to Software mode?

The game doesn't use Direct Draw, unless you use the disk version configuration tool to set that option, but you could check out the topic:

Thanks for the help!

I've tried starting a new game and the bug is still present, and I'm already running it in Software mode (the other mode is too laggy for me to use). I'll check those links out in just a bit, once again thank you!
