First play through, doing it blind, etc.

I feel like I'm missing something, because I'm level 40, completed the dwarven council member quest, and still don't have the dwarven teleporter scroll. Where in Rivellon do I find it?

Also, I'm afraid I may have encountered a potential game breaking bug because I can't find the third celemonial eleven item. I defeated Josephine and looted 2/3, but the third wasn't anywhere in the dungeon. I've tripple checked it at this point, so I'm hoping it's just somewhere else?

1. Don't remember for sure but I think it depends. There's a dwarf in the human inn (can't remember the name) who,ll give it to you if you are good with him. I think, if not, it can be found in his room or possibly at the dwarf inn.

2. One falls when Josephine is killed and it is often hard to find - sometimes goes into the wall too. There was a discussion on this and I think a work around. I'll see if I can find it.

I've encontered items falling through or into walls before and have a pair of telekinesse gloves to usually deal with it. I have a save before her fight, so I guess I'll just have to go back some some hours and redo some of the game if I can;t find it.

In the end I choose to use the inventory trick rather than replay part of the game, and I am happy to say it worked without issue for the elven ceremonial items.

Sadly, I managed to lock myself out of getting the dragon armour and wasn't able to fix it using the same trick. Not wanting to replay the game, I decided to just push onwards without it.
