After first saving and loading game both warriors's starting skills doubled and becomes the second level.
And one time I saw doubled number things it chest. (1 before save/load and 2 after).

The bonus/bug with Sword Expertise and Augment Damage is a known issue since the disk version. Other characters can also get bonuses to these skills (the starting skills of the male warrior) if they put the first point in themselves, and then save/load the game.

Did you save before or after you saw how many items were in the chest? If you have not run your mouse cursor over the chest or hit the Alt key nearby before saving, the contents of the chest would not be set.

Actually, no. If you wait until level 7 when you can learn level 2 of these skills and put 2 skill points in at once, when you save and load the game again you will have level 3 of each.
If it is a bug, it went unfixed through a couple disk patches and the updates in the original download version.
