Hi there,

There seems to be a problem with companion dlc - both with the steam and Gog versions.
Downloading the dlc is fine but when you attempt to enable it via the content menu in the game nothing happens. Apparently steam have or are in process of sorting it out. with a small hot-fix.
I have heard nothing from Gog. Can someone from Gog confirm that they know there is a a problem and they are addressing it?

Actually, you couldn't even download the DLC from Steam, even though it should have been available since yesterday. According to the Steam forum they have fixed this ( 40 minutes ago)and it's now playable, still waiting for gog to fix it so i can enjoy my first playthrough :)

We have put up a new patch installer that has the companion DLC working as intended now :) Please check your game shelf for a "Patch 1.0.130 to 1.0.169 + free DLC" link :)

Did you update the file in the last couple of hours? I downloaded it about 5 hours ago and applied the patch. I got the version 1.0.169 and the DLC does show up under additional content but it seems to be de-activated. At least it's not checked like the source hunter DLC. I also can't find a way to activate it.

EDIT: Nevermind. Got the new file and applied it. DLC is active now. Thanks :-)

Awesome - thanks Gog!
Sorry for the double posts...
For some reason the internet is giving me grief...
Thanks for the patch!

There's a small correction you have to make in the Windows download links.

The files in Windows Installer, English (part 2 of 4) and Windows Installer, English (part 4 of 4) are inverted, and the filesize of part 4 needs to be updated to 2.4gb instead of 919.5.

EDIT: The links are also flipped for the German and French installers.

I have downloaded the new patch and my game says it is v1.0.169.0. Source Hunter DLC Pack is checked. The Bear and the Burglar is not checked, nor can I check it. What gives?

May I ask the filename for the patch installer that you downloaded?

Hi :)
I had the same issue yesterday — v1.0.169.0, Source DLC checked, Bear & Burglar impossible to check.
The patch installed is "patch_divinity_original_sin_2.10.0.19"

Later, I saw a new patch under the filename "patch_divinity_original_sin_2.10.0.20": I still have to try this one.

Hope this helps :)

Hi!

When will the patch for the Mac version be fixed? Just finished downloading the 12.97GB file about an hour ago & I still can't click on the Companion DLC checkbox.

Where is this patch? It is not showing on my account for D:OS. Is it on GOG?

Yes, it is on GOG. The original 1.0.130 to 1.0.169 patch (2.10.0.19) was listed as 300MB, while the update (2.10.0.20) is listed as 300.9MB.
