(EDIT: These remarks are about Original Sin)

Hey everyone,

I don't know if it's just me, but I find that if I start clicking on a second hotkey skill before the first is finished casting, then the second goes on cooldown and uses action points without casting or asking for a target. I've had this happen a lot.

So a fix will be in order, but for those of you who don't want to have to reload saves any more than necessary due to your own mistakes or bad luck, this is one extra thing to keep an eye on. I haven't played the newest patch yet, but I didn't see anything about this in the notes. They seem to be more concerned with more serious bugs that are less common.

(Also, don't leave your teleport pyramid inside of someone's house. I've had Ahru start thinking that he owned it, and I had to "steal" it back off of his table later. I don't know what exactly triggers the ownership settings, but not even your pyramids are safe from it this time around.)

The same or a related bug is that if you select a spell and then change your mind, you have to right-click to cancel in order not to waste it. I've seen people flag that up elsewhere.

Thanks for the warning about the pyramids; I hadn't heard about that before.

I don't know if this matters or not, but I had placed it on top of the desk nearest to the stairs. I don't intend to go testing over and over. I know that I went on a quest and when I used the other pyramid to come back, the pyramid "was his". I don't know if it takes time, or if just leaving the room does it, or something more exotic.

The pyramids are a little weird anywhere. I had one dropped by the forge behind the abandoned house in Cyseal. Most of the time it was really convenient to travel back, drop off materials and do a little crafting, but there where times when the game would just automatically put both pyramids back into my main character's backpack.

I think it may have been from using the travel pyramid UI element (right side) to travel to the end of time. Maybe going somewhere specific automatically moves both to your backpack.

Nope, it happens if a teleporter is left on the floor, as well. If Arhu changes form, the pyramid is marked as owned ('finders, keepers'... apparently).

Switching map areas puts the pyramid in a main character's inventory. To prevent this, you can (currently, at least) place the pyramid in a container (you can still teleport to it that way). This causes issues on other maps, though, if you use the pyramid you have with you (can put you somewhere unexpected, including outside the level area).

What a jerk. I kind of want to stab him in the back now, but I can't because he's level 20...

Is it just Ahru, or will beings with fewer than two forms also claim things I leave lying around? And is it just teleporters?

Anything left in Arhu's study gets marked as owned if you leave and return and he has changed form (gold, spell books, ham...).

I believe this problem is just with Arhu, though. There are enemy AI that can pick up potions, etc, left on the ground. During the alpha there was a bug where some people had problems with gold (predominantly) being marked as owned after trading with a merchant (I had that problem in a couple builds if I gave gold to a companion to buy stuff, the stack was marked as owned, and I had to make sure I was alone before transferring the remainder of the gold back to a main character).
