Continue with the main plot quest line you got upon exiting Iona's dungeon (starting with rescuing Zandalor), and you will get the teleporter stones back.

Thanks again. I thought everything was normal as that's what I seem to remember from my playthrough all those years ago. But my memory is getting so bad I wanted to doublecheck and make sure. Thank you.
