I reached the 3rd floor in the first dungeon but now I can't access the 2 remaining ones. I need keys but have no idea where they are. I read somewhere else that the 1st dungeon has 2 "bosses", each holding items for 2 merchant's quests but I only fought one, the other was nowhere to be found. Am I screwed or simply missing something ?

The level 2 BF key is available once you reach the citadel (where the DK suggests you wear the citadel guard armour to blend in). The level 3 key is near the very end of the act.

BF quest items and monsters are randomly distributed in the dungeons, so the other 2 dungeons should contain the solutions to the rest of the BF quests. Sometimes the third level can be completely empty, sometimes you can have 3 or 4 opponents to fight at once.
