After I enter the academy I can play for only about a minute before the game crashes. I cannot go any further. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game a couple of times. This happens with the Gog version but also with the anthology version from my dvd.

I'm on an XP machine with the latest drivers and directX installed before starting to play the game. I had some random crashes in act III as well but I managed to play on till now.

I renamed the intro movie, I deleted the dynamic files, nothing works, I reloaded a save from the end of act III and reentered the academy, made a new save in the academy but the game keeps crashing.
