I just recently got back into realtime rpgs and I must say its alot of fun. Beyond Divinity, Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale, Planescape-all great games.

My question is are there any other real time with pause rpgs out there, or did I mention the only few. Oh and I dont like Mass Effect or Dragon Age as they arent isometric like those mentioned. If anyone knows of any games out there I'd like to know.

Games similar to: Divine Divinity, Baldurs Gate

Non-turn based isometric RPGs?

You'd have to weed out non isometric / realtime games, but you could check out topics like ALL TIME BEST RPG`S EVER or GOG mixes which include Divine Divinity or Baldurs Gate.

LOL You would love the Avernum or even Geneforge series, they are awesome.

Oh yeah. I know all about Avernum and Geneforge. Im not really into Geneforge but I've completed Avadon and Avernum Escape from the Pit 2 times each. I will one day get around to playing and completing Avernum 5 and 6.

I was mostly asking for real time rpgs but thanks for that idea anyway. Avadon 2 will be out in the fall with new adventures and classes and lots of more fun roleplaying. Here is the link, careful your beard might turn red.

If you've played all the Infinity Engine games and the Divinity games then you've already hit the heights of of the 2D realtime RPG. These others have their flaws but are decent enough.
