**Spoilers for Reapers Coast**
So i killed the magister for Gareth (before I found out i needed to kill him) and gave Gareth the ring and now he is gone. Malady says hes still missing.
I found both parts of the artifact that Tarquin was looking for but since i killed Ryker (which i did first) i haven't seen Tarquin around. Hes not on the boat, not in the graveyard, not in Driftwood. I can't complete his quest and Malady says hes not returned. If it matters, I found the archive on bloodmoon island before i figured out the puzzle in the graveyard.
anyone else have this problem and/or solutions?
