Hi everyone i would like to talk about combat difficulty

SPOILER PLEASE DO NOT READ IF THE NAME RADEKA DON'T SAY SOMETHING TO YOU :

I arrived at the part where you fight Radeka, but she has 7 characters + herself , everyone can attack 2 times... how can I defeat them ? everytime they make powerful skills with blood or diseases I can barely defeat 2 opponents before dying ..
I'm level 6 like her so maybe I've chosen bad classes but this area is nearly impossible for me.. When I do damage wow lol it's 19 or 23 and when they attack it's 846848640645465 of damage ! :P

IS it the same for you ? thanks :)

Well, you should have no trouble delaying that fight until you hit level 7. You don't need to do it until shortly before you leave the isle, and I was level 8 when I left. So, first of all, go get a level. Each level makes a big difference if you've got your characters designed well.

Second (or first and a half) you don't actually have to fight her if you're a good sneak and pickpocket. So you've got that option.

Third, you're already far enough in the game that you're seeing how much damage enemies d compared to how much you do. That's never going to change, really. Enemies will always overwhelmingly out-damage you in this game, so you need to figure out ways to not get hit. Did you luck out and pull a charm skillbook? That would be a big help. How about getting two or three of your characters to cast Levitate and throw several enemies together and then AoE them down all at once? Those beetles are the biggest threat after the witch, so hit them hard, and early. Maybe you can pick up that seventh level I mentioned earlier, and add a point to Warfare for all your characters. If you use melee weapons *OR* a shield (but especially if you use both), you really need a point in Warfare. Between Bull Rush and Battle Stomp, that's two AoE knockdowns per character. So your mage uses a dagger and shield and only does two damage? Doesn't matter. All you really need is the knockdown.

Radeka ROFLstomped me the first time I fought her, it was just discouraging. I was level five or six. I came back at level seven, with some idea of what to expect, and managed the fight, though one character did die and need resurrected. It's meant to be one of the tougher fights before you leave the island, so prepare. Prepare for any fight that's tough, and you should be able to beat it.

Thank you very much for this very detailed response maybe my characters aren't strong enough as you said because my group consist of :
Geomancy/Hunter for my main character
Lohse is hydro/air magic
The dwarf (I don't know his name in the English version) is a warrior
The red lizard is a sort of warrior also with a big two-handed hammer

So I will level up somewhere else :) and apply your advices, I mark this thread as solved but If I found an easy tactic I will talk about it (like getting back with all the traps but the flying bugs are still anoying)

Thanks :)
That fight is rely nasty on Tactical mode OneFirexePuppy is right. I would juast add that you have to Position your charakters right befor you engage a fight with her. The beetles are the biggest treath. If you got a good thief+Ranger you might be abel to oneshot her or at least bring her armor down to stunn her.it is crucial that you controll/kill some of the adds in the first and second turn. If your unabel to do that you will die ther at that fight.

Your Charakter Skills are the most importen key to win this fight, so get them right you will need them and the itims and lvl up you get from Radeka for the final fight to leave the island.

at this point have at least two teleport spell in your party, get them buddies together and use tons of fire plus totems and every now an than move back - these monters are no opportunits, get the bugs first then retreat (dont flee) and get the witch, it took me at least 4-5 attempts to win this, this game is so good;)
party: elf sorcerer hunter
dwarf battlemage
unded summoner
red prince warrior

Ground and pound is your friend. My main was a one handed swordsman with no shield, 2 points in Scoundrel, rest in One Handed. I have Fane as a Summoner, Lohse as a hydro/necro, and Mezd as an archer. I snuck all the way around her and up to the top of the little ledge she teleports up to, then dropped stealth to initiate conversation at which point all my companions rushed up to join me.. Because I was there, instead of teleporting, she had to walk which game me an attack of opportunity on her. My main went second, popped Adrenaline, hit her twice and used Sucker Punch to break her armor and knock her down. Used totems and the elemental incarnate to keep the minions from rushing me, picking them off with the archer, beetles did ranged damage which was insignificant, while Lohse and my main killed the witch, Witch was dead before the third round of combat, never got off a single spell, undead things never made it up to me, and while the beetles took awhile because they kept moving, all in all it was a pretty short fight.
Thanks everyone for your answers I finally did it !! I leveled up as you said and the combat was easier (more hydro spells and one more restauration spell) so 3 of my character can heal, I added a dome of protection with a source point and a new arbalet did the trick for the bugs :)
