Specific release packages have not been announced yet, but there will have to be a collector's edition for the Kickstarter backers, and I don't see why it wouldn't be made available. There was a CE for the original release of D:OS; with the Enhanced Edition, the in-game DLC from the Classic CE was added to the base game for everyone, and the EE CE was primarily a 2 pack for people planning to play co-op (with the art pack / design documents / soundtrack and the first 2 Divinity games as bonuses).
