I've just installed Original Sin on my updated mac and I cannot create a profile. I see the profiles created on my PC, but nothing on the mac. Any idea?

This is most likely due to changes in how Catalina handles file permissions.
In System Preferences, Security and Privacy, Privacy, click on 'Files and Folders' to get a list of apps that have requested folder access, and allow D:OS 2 access to the Documents folder (and Galaxy, if listed).
