Stopped playing for awhile, came back, and don't remember all the keyboard inputs/shortcuts. . . can't find a config. file. . . can't find an in-game keymap. Any suggestions?

I don't think you can change the defaults (from what I've read), but the default mapping is easy enough to find online:
