I couldn't find anything in this forum about the map, but I have several issues:

Items ore overlapping:

Some items don't show on the map, when selected:

When I scroll down some items are only readable when hovered/selected:

To add to this:

- items sometimes don't get removed when they're completed, causing clutter. Sometimes this manifests as the item turning "white" (if it wasn't already in that state), causing further potential confusion (since it looks like something just unlocked).

- Similarly, items generally don't get removed from the "map" if the action is no longer possible. Like the above, they will also turn white when the conditions for it are met (e.g. you level up the relevant skill, finish a relevant thought, etc.).

Apparently latest patch addressed both of those things, according to the patch notes. It didn't seem to be fixed when I tried it - at least all the invalid white checks that were in the list were still there; however, I THINK that this was working for any new checks unlocked/solved... Not too sure, since I got the patch when I was right near the end of my second play through. I suspect one would have to start a new game to get this working properly...
