I've been playing for nearly 8 hours and haven't gotten a single achievement. My game is completely up to date and I'm using Galaxy 2.0... what's going on?

edit: Opened up some firewall rules for galaxy and achievements started coming through.

I finished the game on macOS using Galaxy. I have accounted 50 hours
of play, saves in cloud works, yet no achievements.

Does achievements work on macOS?

Alot of people like achievements , I for one enjoy achievement hunting, also can get more from a game I enjoy by unlocking them, so yeah maybe you dont like them but alot of people do , there are whole communitys online for people that enjoy them. So they are certainly not stupid or useless.
