Played on Windows 7 64 bit and Linux Mint 17.3 64 bit.

Windows 7 64 bit, with these GPUs:
Nvidia GT 610, Nvidia GT 720, NVidia GT 730, Nvidia NVS 3100M, ATI Radeon HD 4200, and ATI Radeon HD 7520.

Linux Mint 17.3 64 bit, with these GPUS:
Nvidia GT 720 and Nvidia NVS 3100M.

Currently playing on a Lenovo ThinkPad T410, with these specs:
i5 2.4GHz quad core CPU
Nvidia NVS 3100M graphics
6GB RAM
500GB hard drive
Linux Mint 17.3 64 bit operating system
Nvidia 340.96 Linux driver

Thanks for the report. I've really been sick of Microsoft and am wanting to switch to Linux lately. Need a new hard drive to install it on but once I get that I think there are plenty of Linux based games here.

Ya, I can't get it to run on my Macbook running Ubuntu 16.04... the sound won't work and I'm not familiar enough with Linux to fix it.

I wish I could help, but I'm a Linux Mint person. Mainly due to accessibility (Mint is Linux with training wheels). I've known of installing Linux OSes on Macs, but never tried it myself. I'm more of a refurbed PC with mid-ranged graphics cards tinkerer.

The game works very well with my AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ (Socket AM2) computer from 2009 with 2GB RAM and a GeForce GT 710. As operating system I use MX-15 Debian Jessie 32 bit.
