This game is over 20 years old...At that time, games did not have a wide variety of languages. Put in mind this is not a remake, is just an optimized re-release.

As far as I know, Dino Crisis 2 on PC was never OFFICIALLY translated to any languages other English, Japanese, and, weirdly, Russian. Ironically, even the Japanese version is partially in English (all the voice overs and some menu options), so the only FULL translation that officially got released is probably the Russian version and GOG can't legally get it even if it wanted to. There were unofficial translations in other languages, but they were unauthorized and unofficial (and in some cases they were actually PS1 versions packaged with an emulator).

You mean two languages. English and Japanese. You still have options.

Capcom approved this rerelease but did not take part in it as with the Resident Evil titles. Take this up with GOG.
