Now later Charles Spirios requested to talk with me and calls me Treadwasser...

I got to that point myself now, and he is talking about the helm officer
- he requested private talk with you and your officer
- he is saying "I heard rumors of your Mr 'Treadwasser' returning to the Sunken Cost after all this time". Your, not you. And it is your first officer who has some dark history with Sunken Coast, player has never been there before.

I think this quest is fine... The sonar officer on the other hand should be nominated for the most unhelpful NPC ever. Too bad I couldn't fire him. Out of the torpedo tube. Into an underwater volcano.
