What resolutions does this game support? Unless I'm just not seeing it somewhere, this is information GOG should put up for every game.

Unless I'm much mistaken, it looks like a rather ugly 640X480 is all there is.

The game only supports software mode 320x480 (marked as low resolution) and 640x480 (marked as high resolution). You can change between both modes in the options panel of the main menu.

My mistake. Die by the sword supports also 3d Acceleration although its implementation leaves a lot to be desired.

In this thread they are discussin how to activate it to see the much smoother HW accelerated version.
