Lord_Casque_Noir: Legality depends of your country. But as more and more countries adopt international agreements about copyright, you have more chance to become a pirate by downloading on abandonware websites. But perhaps, you can try north korea... Sorry internet is... limited in this country.
Ok, let's stay in the "legal context". Does legal mean "a law alows it", and illegal "a law prohibits it"? If so, what if there is no relevant law? What if there is a law but it can't be applied?
