I have 2 GTX 1070s running in 3440x1440 120hz on a win10 system. I can't get Diablo to run in HiRes mode.

I've tried setting video settings at that resolution and at "same as desktop". I've tried running in fullscreen mode and in all of the various window modes. No matter what, I get the game in a little box with original resolution in the middle of my Ultrawide. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what the problem might be.

I'm having the same issue. When I make a DEP exception for it I can play the classic version, but no matter what I do the hi-res version crashes on startup.
